In some movies, the music is sometimes so loud that you can't hear the dialouge. Raising the volume isn't going to help as that will increase the music as well. Putting on subtitles or close captions is not an option sometimes so what can I do? Is there a setting that I can change on my DVD player or on my TV that will help with the situation or is there something else I can do?

My player has a "dialogue" mode that surpressed music like this. I have no idea how it works, but it does.
