    The pc crash when trying to edit or move DV films.
    what ever the film 40meg or 10gig and what ever the soft : movie maker, pinacle 9...
    It can work a bit if i do a scan disk befor editing, but should i scan every time ???
    the hard : sata 160 seagate*2, 1gig ram xp2200+ gf4

    Try something more simple like WinDV or DVIO.

    thanks for nothing !!!!!

    Even if i try to move the file (video only !) with winexpl. it crash, and it crash with no other way than an hard reboot !

    No virus either Pc scan with panda, kapersky spybot and adaware!!

    The strange thing is the scandisk situation, why does it work (sometime) after a scan ????
