Hello. I bought a Canopus advc unit a while back and transferred some old videos. I have them saved on a disc as a perfect 4.17 gig mpeg-2 and was wondering what sort of software I need to get them into a dvd format that is watchable on a typical ntsc dvd player. The discs will play fine on a computer in WMP or RealPlayer, but not on a home unit.
If you'd like I can be e-mailed at dannythweatt@webtv.net
Thanks.

Hello,
Use tmpgenc or tmpgenc dvd author. Many other programs like ulead dvd movie factory will also convert mpeg 2 into a dvd structure ready for burning (the vobs in a video_ts folder).
