Ok i extracted TSCV to a folder and extracted VCDimager to that same folder, and i can see the VCDimager files in that folder.
But everytime i start TSCV it says "VCD is not in the selected folder. Please insert a path VCDimager 0.7.7 or higher!" If i need to, where can i insert path to the files, even though there in the same folder.
I'm using TSCV v0.82 beta Rel. 1 and VCDimager 0.7.7.win32.
What's the problem?

At the settings tab hit Cygwin Utils and browse cygwin.dll. It should be located in the VCDImager directory.
-
Open TSCV, go to the SETTINGS screen, and click the button CYGWIN UTILS's and point it to the "cygwin1.dll" file in hte VCDImager directory.

She works. Thanx
it had to point to the file in VCDImager0711 directory instead of TSCV082r1.
