Need help burning DVD... I have all the files, but it won't.

I have movie files on my computer (Masters of the Universe for those who want to laugh at me ) That I DO have on VHS, but I want to watch it on my projector and it won't take a signal form my vhs...and it's OLD, so the quality is horrible, lol.

Anyway, I have all the .bup and .ifo file, all the video files, the menu, blah, blah, blah. Looks like it's all there, but when I go to burn it in Nero, is fails. I tried .iso, rom, and dvdvideo formats in Nero, but always the same result. I have the audio_TS folder first and then the video_TS with all the files in it.

What gives?

There might be a problem with ifo, bup files. What error message are you getting from nero? You might try to reauthor with any authoring software. You can probably run it through DVDShrink reauthor mode to correct ifo files, or create new ifo's with ifoedit. You will, however lose the menus.

The last error I got was nero failed to finish disd-at-once... The other times I think it just said burn process failed. ?

Might be a media problem or software conflict. Consider to try different brand of quality media. Also make sure nothing else is running on computer while burning, like virus scanners, norton, etc. I had to uninstall norton utilities or my burner always errored out. Good luck.
