cant find settings

i have the kworld dvd maker and cant find the intrlace settings,,i'm using the huffy codec for capture from vhs...and iuvcr...i did one fight with no problems then my second fight i recorded after goin to vcd with mainconcept has what i guess is interlaced lines around the motion areas....anyone know what this card or codec uses for interlace order,,also vcd is progressive so should i even be having these problems?????thanks guys

Cofiguring the Huffy codec is mentioned here: http://www.digitalfaq.com/capture/atiavi/atiavi.htm. It's a guide using the ATI AIW and their software but it does mention selecting the correct field threshold so that the codec doesn't deinterlace.
