just got an iomega quick touch dvd video burner. ive had success capturing directly to dvd but with one problem. i have a 120min dvd-rw (2hours) but when i do my capture directly to dvd it will only capture up to 1hr and 30 min. with the settings set at best. how is this?

No such thing as 120min dvdr/ws. The video and and audio bitrate decide how much you can fit on a dvdr/w. Higher bitrate = higher quality. So you must lower the bitrate = lower quality settings to get more video/dvdrw.
