    HI!
Somehow i got my pan/crop window all screwed up. Namely, there is no toolbox that was on the left side of the window, the one with buttons for zoom and masking, so now i can only do resizing, but i can't mask. Can anyone help me? I suspect it's a pretty easy thing, but i never actually learned the basics of Vegas, i went straight for the funstuff.

  2. delete the track that your video is on.
reload that bit of video through the explorer.
it should reset the pan/crop window

  4. wich version do you have? i use 5.0
the pan/crop feature is a function applied to the file. if you delete that track it should be reset when you reload it.
if that's not solving the problem then its something with the view settings in vegas
it might be as simple as clicking the View Properties button

That's just the problem, that whole part with those 6 buttons is just missing.

Tried both of them already and nothing helped. Could it be somehow related to te fact that i installed XP Service Pack 2 Rc? Although it happened 3-4 days after i installed it and it worked ok.

It was Service Pack 2 after all. I killed XP and reinstalled from scratch. Installed Vegas - everything is there. Installed XP SP2 - no buttons again.
