I need a better Tutorial Guide for vStrip.

I've been trying to copy the movie "Johnson Family Vacation" to my HD
and nothing has been working. Everything would get to 99% and then not go anymore or get an error. I've tried dvd decryptor, dvd shrink, smart ripper. I've been trying vStrip but the tutorials are explained poorly. And I don't know what to do at all. I tried adding the VOB files and when I'd click on RUN I get an error reading: vStrip lost sync (not authenticated?) [ @LBA 0 ].

And I don't get what exact VOB's they want me to add from the DOOM9 tutorial. It's very poorly written also. Please help. I want this movie on my hard drive and nothing can seem to break the encryption on the last sector..

Rip DVD to an Iso image with DVDDecrypter > Iso mode.
Mount image with Daemon Tools.
Play with preferred dvd software.

It is pretty hard to offer any decent advice without knowing what errors you from the programs you used.

Is it possible there might be a smudge or a fingerprint right on the very outer edge of the disc ?
