    I accidentally capture some video in 340x240. Now I want to make a VCD from it, how can I convert it?

    Hi, The size is smaller after converting, is there a way to convert it from 340 x 240 to 350 x 288?

    I used the WinFast PVR to record, unfortunately I did not check the resolution to record. Now I want to convert it into VCD using Tmpgenc.
