Do you mean ID3 tags or file names?

Many DVD players play MP3 CDs and DVDs and display file names. Many do not read ID3 tags however.

Do you happen to know of any that do display the ID3 tags. Basically, I need something that displays the name of the song playing from an MP3 that was burned onto a cd.

Most DVD players support MP3 CDRs. All the ones I have seen read the name of the file. For example, the file is called "At The Hop.mp3". That is what you will read on your TV screen, not "Sha Na Na- At The Hop, 1969" or whatever the ID3 info might be. If your MP3s have ID3 tags but not filenames (as some shittily made iTunes ripper files are), you can use a GREAT freeware program called MP3 Tag Tools to fix that. Here is the link.
