    I have a music DVD that the chapter are every 10 minutes or so and do not go according to the video length...
    How can i re-edit it so that when i press next it will goto the next video.

    2.
    Also. how can i create a menu for this so there is a list and or previews of the videos???

    reauthor it, with for example tmpgenc dvd author or dvd-lab. it can import the vobs or the entire dvd.

    will it show me where each video begins and ends or will i have to watch it and write down the times.???

    it will show you where each begins, all you have to do is "ADD CURRENT FRAME" as a chapter point

    so i have to sit there and watch it and after each video i have to click add chapter?

    can i see after where all the chapters are?

    You planning on actually trying the suggestions given (which I know for a fact will work) ?

    TMPGEnc DVD Author has a preview window in the "Add Chapter" area, so you can either skip / scroll through the frames at your own leisure, or just let it play, and then when you get to the point where you want a chapter, just press the "Add current frame" button. Then you can create a menu, which will automatically display these chapter points as thumbnails if you wish.

    I'd suggest you get in and get your hands dirty
    If in doubt, Google it.
