    I plan to get a new computer in the next month or so and want a capture card. Most don't give a choice for any tuner cards so should I get the cheapest card in my new system and then remove it and add something like an ATI AIW or get a serious card and add a tuner card only? I'm worried about conflicts and heat. I would like a card that also has an fm tuner.
