    James' personal physician signed his death certificate, and said his death was the result of "existing medical conditions," police spokesman Jason Lee said.
    This means he's had medical therapy for his drug abuse.

    One of James' producers told CNN that the singer died of a heart attack.
    I think we're agreed, it was due to heroine or crack or a combination of both with some other funky s**t.

    Didn't they also rule Jim Morrison's death due to a "heart attack"? What wasn't written on the death certificate was the self-destructive lifestyle and the copious amounts of drugs that caused his heart to fail. Sad.
