  1. This is confusing but basiclly I have movies that are play(SVCD) but when I use SVCD2DVD and even on the MENU part I CHOOSE NTSC will it play on NTSC dvd player cause if it doesnt the dvds i create wont be able to play on my dvd player and there will b no use in buying the program!

    plz help!

    If the SVCD mpeg is PAL, the DVD you create will also be PAL. If you set your authoring app to NTSC, the only thing that ought to happen is that it should reject your mpegs as not valid for a NTSC DVD

  3. you will have to convert the movies from pal to ntsc in that case. the only thing that will be in ntsc will be the menu you create for the movies you will be burning. i use tmgenc 3.0 express it works great and very easy to use to convert the movies from pal to ntsc. then you are able to author them to dvd format using svcd2dvd. the whole process takes about 2.5 hours from start of conversion to dvd burned for each file you need to convert to ntsc.
