  1. I have the jap uncut kill bill dvd, i ripped the subs and cut out the english subbed languages so eng subs only appear when jap is spoken. So all i have to do now is reauthor and b urn my project. I used dvd decryptor to de-mux and rip the vid and audio, then tmpgenc to combine the m2v files into one. Now, ive used dvdauthor (with gui) to author, it all appears to setup correctly but now (after creating a dvd video disc image with nero) the dvd appears to have to copies of the movie on it and playtime is listed at 3:43:50. Obviously, this is impossible and the dvd size is 4123mb.

I cant seem to find any function left unchecked in dvdauthor, and was wondering is it was just nero being funky as the source files and unisod files all play back properly.

So, ive got my ifo and bup files here in case they help, does anyone know what to do to fix this?

(ps, video before author was 16:9, now my ifos call it pan scan and letterboxed, i understand the diff but not why it has changed ?

why are you creating an image, Is it to use DVDDecrypter?

as a temporary stop gap you may be able to go into the VTS_PGCITI/VTS_PGC_1 of the VTS_01.IFO and change the number of cells to 24 and 'hide' the bogus entries

another way would be to run the files through Ifoedit performing a dummy strip and it will fix it all up for you. You could also run the files through DVDShrink to create an ISO using No Compression
