  1. Hello all, long time no speak.

I have just rebooted my system after months of crashes and errors and need to make a decision on how to continue. You will see from the spec below that video is my thing ! However, either the matrox card or ati card were causing big problems and I ended up wiping both the storage drives clean. Both cards had config files on 1 or both of the drives, matrox insist on 2 scratch disks, and obviously those files / folders have been totally wiped.

So do I try to reinstall the matrox and ati software or ditch the matrox altogether and just stick with the ati ? Bearing in mind that I may be adding a monster cctv pci capture card for 16 cameras recording and playback in realtime !

Also have adobe premier pro installed on my system drive and wondering if it will crash on startup because the 2 storage drives are empty.

    Hope that makes sense,

    Cheers

    Mick
