Hello, how can i add a black frame to the begining of a video.

In what program ? Any editor can do this.VDub can probably do it. Some editing programs will create a black frame for you (Premiere, Vegas) or you could create one in an image editor (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro) and use that instead.
