Hi,
I have DVD Shrink 3.1.7.6.
It worked great when I 1st installed it, but I've noticed that after doing a few movies it slows down.
Now it takes just over twice as long as it did originally.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone know a way around it please?

Is it the analyzing that's taking longer or the actual transcoding? If its the latter, your hard drive is probably just fragmented. DVD Shrink is so fast that it can almost spit out the data as fast as your hard drive can send it/receive it. So a fragmented drive would surely slow things down.

Thank you, Adam, for the prompt reply.
Actually it has slowed down on both the analysing and transcoding.
Analysing used to take around 40-50 seconds per movie. It now takes 2-3 minutes.
Transcoding used to take around 10-20 minutes but now takes over an hour for some movies.
