ok, heres the deal, Im ready to pay some larger money for a good dvd-player, and it must have divx/xvid. I am looking on KiSS DP-508(not 558, never recording anything from television anyway) is this the best you can get or is their even better players that support divxsubs and things?

im not looking for the most pricey player im looking for the best player... with a roof of about 400$

For under $400 your choices are the Bravo D2 or the Mitsumi 880, both are around $250 they are the best. Go to the avsforum.com dvd player section where people have HD TVs and disect the performance of their DVD players much more then here.

neither of thhem players are for sale in sweden, ive made a little list on a "pricecomparing" site, 1 dollar= 7 Swedish krona..
