Does anyone know anything this particular DVD Player? I'm looking for a Divx DVD Player witha max price of around $100. I need good picture and audio quality as well as a decent remote since I will be using this unit as my main player.

I've read a lot about the Phillip DVP642 and it sounds like the picture quality is subpar on regular DVD's.

Any suggestions that you might have are appreciated.
