    FInd yourself a ATI AIW 128 PRO, but be prepared to custom install MMC with some hacks to get to 8.7. I'd not suggest this route. About $40.

    Next cheapest is the 7200 and 7500 cards.
    Find them on eBay for $50 or so.

    In stores, the ATI AIW 9000 PRO is the lowest they go, for about $125.
