picture srolling

after making a dvd i put it in my stand alone dvd player it comes on so i know it works but its scrolling. How can i solve this problem on multiple dvd players

Is your DVD Pal or NTSC format .

if its Pal and your it may be because DVD player can only NTSC video and that would cause the scrolling ..

Your fix would be convert your Video to NTSC or go buy a cheap DVD player that will play both .

look in the guide section to converting to pal to NTSC .

also if you have a XBOX try in there and see it works , XBOXs can play both pal and NTSC

How can you tell if it is NTSC or PAL? SVCD2DVD creates the files, then you burn them. Are the video files themselves in a particular format? Because I don't see how to choose whether it is NTSC or PAL. This probably relates to my problem as well, but before the latest release I never had any problems with video issues on my DvD player.
