  1. i catured the video straight to vcd format, now i want to save the mpeg to my computer using isobuster but it wont work, used it for another vcd and it did work, wonder if you have to have a mpeg first, then put that on a vcd, to be able to save the mpeg back on to your pc. says, "EXTRACT BUT FILTER ONLY M2F2 MPEG FRAMES". could that be the problem, since i didnt have a mpeg to start out with? if so what can i use to extract the mpeg to my pc?

  2. "VCD format" is a 352X240 MPEG-1 file at 1150kbps. You can just copy that to wherever you want. Use isobuster to extract the .DAT files that are made when your creat a VCD.

  6. Are you certain the DAT file is OK? Try just copying it and renaming it AVISEQ???.MPG and see what happens...

I don't think that way is "recommended." Just an attempt to see if there is something wrong with the isobuster setup or the DAT file itself. Some people do it that way though...
