fbi warning removal?

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to, when copying a DVD (from single layer, or dual layer disc) to a DVD+R, if it is possible to remove the FBI warnings at the beginning
(i think they say something about not copying... )

the software i am currently using is:
DVD Decrypter (to copy the contents of the disc to hard drive)
DVD Shrink (to recompress the contents to fit on a DVD+R)
Nero (to burn to disc)

if this is possible, please let me know how....

when i use shrink i only select the acutal film in re-author mode. all menus and bonuses and warnings are gone.

but i like the menus and extras. they are what (mainly) make dvd a better format than vhs....

i would prefer to only remove the fbi warnings. if it is not possible, then its fine really cuz my dvd player lets me hit -next- and skip them

when you rip the dvd, set it so you remove the IFO/BUP PUOS and the VOB PUOS. You can just hit Next or Menu and you should go right past any FBI warnings.

Setting those options remove user restrictions applied when the disc was authored with the intent to keep people from skipping such things.

CloneDVD will do this for you at a push of a button. I use shrink then burn with CloneDVD. It will take out all previews and main menu, and start the movie when the disk is inserted. It still allows you to go from chapter to chapter. I think you can select to remove the warning manually and keep the main menu and special effects. one of the two does it as the FBI warnings are mostly in the VIDEO_TS.VOB so it takes a few seconds to blitz them as last time I looked CloneDVD doesn't allow selective menu removal (been a while though)
