    Do you mean a bricks and mortar retail store? If so, WalMart in Canada probably carries the Maxell 4x -R 10 packs like the US stores do. I don't know the exchange rate, but I just paid $16.84 US for a 10pack.

    For online order, I've seen recs for newegg and shopperwiz.com.

    Canada walmart has maxell dvd-r at $24.95 canadian for a 15 dvd spindle.Cheaper than american price.

    Futureshop has a 25Pack of Maxell TY on sale for 30CAD last last week. I bought two spindles.

    you can wait til bestbuy has this promotion again later.

    Maxell 25 Pack spindle will be on sale for 30CAD in Futureshop and Bestbuy (Canada local store) tomorrow.

    Those DVD-R made in Japan are all TY. Burn 8X in my Toshiba SD-R5272.

    how much is walmart selling these ty?

    Personally I used to go with Maxell media until I discovered

    www.blankmedia.ca

    The prices are very good, you can get 100 Ritek DVD-R G04's for $87 right now, add 8.45 in shipping, plus tax, works out to about $109 for 100 G04's shipped.

    Not sure what the shipping time is to Winnipeg, but to Toronto I usually get my order within 1-2 business days...

    I've gone through about 250 G04's from these guys and haven't had a coaster yet..
