Hi,
I am trying to convert a PAL DVD-9 to an NTSC DVDR. The last time I converted it, everything was fine, except that the chapters on the original DVD were each converted to separate titles on the DVDR. In other words, when the DVDR moved from one chapter to another, there was a two-second skip. Is there any way to keep the DVDR from converting the chapters into individual titles and thereby retain normal chapter functionality? I ripped the DVD with both DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink and got the same results. I used NeroVision Express 2 to re-encode the DVD files.
Thanks,
CK

Not really. Many people have tried this, and the author of DVD Rebuilder has expressed that he might, in the future, look into adding this functionality if there is enough demand.
The problem is that EVERYTHING has to be re-encoded, which means ripping the entire disc apart and putting it back together, which means mangling it.
I'm amazed that you got even CLOSE to the correct results with Nerovision.
