hi
I have recently purchased a stand alone dvd recorder (liteon 5005) does anyone know if it is possible to add effects, music ect ect to a title that i have copied on the standalone using the pc i.e if i record my camcorder footage to dvd can i then take the dvd to the pc edit it and then create a new dvd
any help greatly apreciated thanx

Yes you can.
You need to rip the disc to your Hard Drive then use an authoring software like TMPGenc DVD Author , That will allow you to have a menu and chapters and burn to a fresh disc.
If you want effects between clips I think you could use something like Ulead DVD Movie Factory for something like that. -
