I am trying to merge 2 PAL mpegs to 1 continuous mpeg.
After conversion, I found the audio was out of sync.
If I Demuxed this out of sync merged file and converted the audio with BeSweet, convert the video with TMPGEnc, will my final NTSC mpeg be out of sync?
Since I am slowing the fps to 23.976 NTSC in both audio and video will everything be in sync?

Install TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 and go to FILE | MPEG TOOLS | MERGE & CUT
There, ADD the 2 mpegs you wish to join. Then select the output folder and filename and click on RUN.
TMPGEnc will merge the 2 into 1 continuous mpeg movie without any sync problems. I have done this numerous times.
