ronin 215f - TV Interferance,,,,,,help

Hi Guys,,,,,

I just bought a ronin 215f dvd player

when it was all connected I turn on my tv and the screen was full of white dots and lines,,,,,I tryed use the phono leads and the scart lead stright into the tv but no differance,,,I retuned it to my supplier and they issued my with a replacement,,,,,,,but I still had the same problem,,,

any one have this problem with the ronin.......
any advise is welcomed,,,,
