    This may been ask before.
    I do know theres motion menus, but what dvd progam can you put motion backgrounds in?
    Also is there a program you can make your own motion backgrounds?

    Motion menus can be made with any encoder as long as you make them 720x480/576 in mpg2 format such m2v or mpv with or without sound.
