    I just bought a Phillips 711 player off of the demo table at a retail vendor-no manual or remote. I got a universal remote-no problem there.

    I'm having a problem playing VCDs and understand that there is a way to switch the player from PAL to NTSC format. Since I have no manual and the Magnavox website only seems to have the manual for current models, I'm having a problem trying to adjust for the formats.

    Could someone with this player let me know how this is done?
