    Hi,

    Got a question for you about Outlook express 6

    When ever I create a new email or reply to one it always opens to "Plain text" format. I then have to click format and select "Rich text". It's a little annoying to say the least. You can't insert pictures or change the font color or anything really. So, Does anyone know how to fix this so it goes to "Rich text" by default?? It's probably something really obvious but I can't find the option anywhere...

    under Tools-->Options-->Send tab

    choose "HTML" under Mail Sending Format

    see if that helps

    both setup that way.


    But I think I got it work...

    I unchecked the "replay with same format box" and it seems to work now
