Hi,
I'm trying to make a SVCD from an AVI on a CD in D drive.
Could be wrong but I think AVI2SVCD thinks it's a DVD and wants to rip it?
Are there any settings that will allow AVI's on CD to be used?
Input file type is set to AVI!!
Cheers
Osh

I haven't use AVI2SVCD but I would work from an .avi on my HD and not on a cd. Maybe copy it to your HD and try working from tbere may help.

Cheers for the quick reply Andy.
No problems when the AVI is on my HD; was hoping to try and avoid having to copy them over to the HD though!
Looks like a good program but think I'll keep using VirtualDub and TMPGEnc (no probs taking avi from cd)
Cheers
