vcd discs jump on any player recorded by nero 5.10

hi i have a comp. with 3 cd writer my mane interest is to record mpeg files from my hard disc to the 3 cd writers at the same time so i tried nero cause it has the multiple recorder function somtimes the recording takes 14 minutes for a 500mbites somtimes it takes for the same file 3.45 minutes
the big problem is when i want to play the vcd discs in the same computer or in dvd or vcd players the some of the discs jump the others work fine
i have the samsung 52 speed so i change them to teac the same problem
so i tried to record on 4 speed also the same problem
i changed the brand of the discs samsung, A open,immation ...
also the same problem
any help ??!!!!!!
i have a p4 512 ram 120ghz western digital hard disc 2.4 cpu motherboard intel 850gbf
i changed the motherboard to another one intel 850 still the same problem
i changed from widows xp to win 98 to win2000
same problem
do i have to apgrade the nero or do i have to change it to another program that uses multiple recorder?

Hi again does anybody know if i have two vga on my pc would affect th vcd or dvd video creation since i have te ATI all in wonder and the vga that came with the motherboard intel 85
