TMPGenc templates

To cut a long story short, I have solved a problem I had with 23.976fps avi files with a set of TMPGenc templates. I tried the SVCD-CQ template and the result was ok. But as I am wanting to convert for DVD then I tried to load the 2 DVD templates (DVD-CQ23 & DVD-CQ) they won`t appear on the wizard opening screen along with the other templates.
They are there in the templates folder along with the other templates but won`t appear when I run TMPGenc. I really want to try these templates as the SVCD version helped me out.
Does anyone know why they don`t appear on the wizard when all other templates I have tried are there?
I have tried re-installing TMPGenc but no luck.
If no-one can help me as to why they don`t appear then could someone try out the DVD templates and let me know if they run ok on their TMPGenc? many thanks... I downloaded them from here:

did you place those templates into the tmpgenc templates folder?

I reread your post.
instead of using the wizard, why not just load the template.

click on load on the lower right corner of the window
choosed the template you want
start the encode.
