    On my new Panasonic DVD camcorder, I accidently put the disc in the wrong compartment. Now the eject function wont work.. I have tried everything. I even took the screws out but the latch on the top wont come loose and I am afriad of breaking the latch that opens and closes it. Please help me!!!!

    Take it to your nearest Panasonic service department or local camera repair shop. Once you took the screws out you invalidated your warranty, so you will have to pay either way.
