    Okay, not really sure why it is used so please let me know..what is the difference in precision, what is it enhancing ?

    I use TMPGenc and do a two pass VBR with avg bitrate of approx 4500, set it to slow(not slowest) and change the precision from 9 bit to 10. Why ? Dont know...Thats why I am asking.....LOL
