Hi-I wonder if anyone can help-I have just invested in a set-top dvd writer to record programmes/films from the tv-The recorder uses dvd+rw/w discs-I have succesfully copied these discs onto dvd-r discs using Nero and they play fine in all my dvd players-What I would like to do is remove the splash screen that comes up when the disc is inserted(the one showing"empty titles etc)and go directly to the movie/programme that I have recorded-Can anyone tell me an easy way of doing this please?-Cheers

You're not being specific enough.
Do you mean the screen that comes up when you put the discs into the recorder? If so, you're not going to get rid of them.
The best way to get rid of anything you don't want on a DVD is DVDShrink."It's getting to the point now when I'm with you, I no longer want to have something stuck in my eye..."
