How to know if a DVD is PAL or NTSC?

If the markings on the disk is worn out already you could try to play it in PowerDVD, rightclick and select Settings, then Information, look up the resolution and framerate. PAL got vertical resolution of 576, NTSC 480, PAL framerate is 25, NTSC is 29.97. PowerDVD will also say in Text if its PAL or NTSC, thats the easiest way i guess, i just dont like to do it too easy.
