    I´ve got a new Sony cybershot with the ability to capture movies. This movies are captured at 16 fps.

    Question: Does anybody know if there´s a converter "out there" that can take my 25 fps and make me a 16fps?

    Why? I want to reicert the movie, after editing, in the camera for later shows on the TV.

    If the source is avi or even mpeg, virtualdub and virtualdub mpeg 2 can do this
