God damn it! I feel like such a tool for never using that program.

I normally use EZ GIF Animator.

I don't see the gif you posted. If you want to make a gif out of an existing one you may have to extract the individual frames first.

  4. In Animation shop, load any image file, even a previously animated gif. Add effects and transitions if you want, remove frames, modify frames, duplicate, adjust timings, whatever, save as avi. Too simple.

I like Gif Animation 5 from Ulead myself, but I don't make animated gifs very often.

Seeing you didn't specify Mac/PC/Lunix specifications. I'll tell you how to make them on a mac.

Export each frame from a program such as Photoshop
Put them to gether with a program such as GIF Fun

I have animation shop with the aniversary edition on paintshop pro.
Never used it before but this thread inspired me to try it out.

The capmaster's avatar had to be my inspiration.

    I hope he enjoys it.

  8. Reboot suggested Photoshop but he actually was talking about Image Ready (which is piggy backed) with Photoshop and can be found as a standalone program, at least the first version was (guess it didn't sell too well on its own). I think it first appeared with Photoshop in version 5.5.
If it works, don't fix it.
