when I buy DVD-R disc, do i need to consider the logo thing?
is the DVD-R logoconsider as a good product?

DVD-R is DVD Forum.
DVD+R is DVD+RW Alliance.
There are no significant competing formats not supported by those two bodies. Therefore, your choice is between DVD-R and DVD+R. That is another subject that has been discussed a lot already. I am not sure if it costs extra to put the DVD Forum logo on a DVD-R but it dosnt really matter either way.
