    Ok, I'm gonna go right to the point. I need to censor out about 5 minutes of titties from my friends "home video" ! How can I do that in Premiere 6.5 or Pro? I also have AfterEffects if necessary, but i dont know how to use AfterEffects nearly as well as Premiere.

    Is there possibly a guide on this? She wants it to look kinda like the censors on Cops, how it's all blurry over them. If you know how to put in a little black bar, i could use that too. thanks!

    get vegas

    duplicate the video in the time line so you've got one on top of the other. when it comes to the part, make the bottom video a mosaic and leave the top alone. then take the cookie cutter tool and put it over the titties on the top layer, which will then go to the bottom layer and they'll be blurred out.
