After watching Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas I came up with a idea. I have been attempting my own stop motion effects with a digital still camera. My question is how can I convert my frames into avi format @24 frames per second and be accepted by any DVD authoring app? I know DVD requires 29.97 per second. Would I need to do a 2:3 pulldown or something like that?

If the pics are sequentially nubered they will load into VirtualDub.
(File / Open / Image Sequence) They have to be either BMP or TGA.
MakeAVI lets you load other types.
