I just bought a DVD player that reads DivX as well . ( Philips dvp 630 )

Is there a way of adding subtitles to a DivX file without burning it on the file and without making it a VCD / SVCD ?

I would like to do this operation also to connect different subtitles to the same DivX. (different languages).

I alredy tried burning the DivX file with its own subtitles (.sub) but the DVD player doesn't reconize it .
