I only have this simple question.
Is the Pioneer AO7/107 the same that the 107D? And if not which one is better? Also I was told that either can record the 9GB DVDs, is that also true or I have to wait to the firmware?
I appreciate any kind of help so I can decide which one to buy.
Thanks,
Alejandro

The Pioneer A07 and the 107D are all exactly the same drive. The difference is the software you get. One you get the basics, the other you pay around $70 AUD more and get a couple more editing programs.
I haven't heard about a firmware upgrade to make them burn DL as yet.If in doubt, Google it. -
they wont burn dual layer dvds when there released.pioneer will just release a new burner.
