dvd2one/decryption prob (first ever)

hey first time post due to first everbackup not working...
mostly use dvdshrink but i trying a dvd thats over 8gb, shrink only do it to 5gb to thats no good! so its plan b = i use dvd decrypter then dvd2 one........
this time i ran thru decrypter(no worries) then dvd2one...gets to very end of process and says "encryption detected - cannot continue"
any ideas guys??

try playing the dvd first on your pc like using power dvd, just play it for a moment. then try ripping it again with decrypter in FILE MODE. sometimes playing the dvd first in your pc will unlock the encryption.
