How can I do this?

I'm trying to backup the movie "Dot the i", it is double layer, it has the fullscreen and the widescreen version on the film on one side of the disc, what I'm trying to do is backup only the widescreen version of the film but i'd like to remove the menu that gives you the choice to select either the fullscreen or the widescreen version, I've tried with Nero recode and DVDshrink but didn't work, is there another program that can do this?
