Whats the Difference Between Lite-Ons???

Okay, i was looking at the LiteOns becuase of their DivX support... but what's the difference between the LVD-2002, LVD-2001, and LVD-2010?? i looked at the specs, but nothing jumped!?!?




(oh yeah... and are LiteOns any good? bad? experiences!!!)

The difference btw Lite-On models is how prematurely the company decides to end-of-life (end-of-support) the product.

After seeing my 2002 get EOL'd in less than 6 months, and get only 1 faulty upgrade (my mp3s freeze up like crazy now), I'll never buy LiteOn again.

IMO Cyberhome has the same level of bad service, but at least the price reflects that.

are there any DivX DVD players that you recommend? i did do a search here, but only found old models, by companies that i've never heard of, and seem only to be in Europe (im in the US).

Allot of people seem to be taking to this Philips DVD/Divx $70 player. You can get it almost anywhere: Target, Walmart, BB, etc
